- dumbbell or kettlebell
HIIT Workout
10x each move, 3x through with minimal breaks
- kettlebell swings
- pushups
- upright rows
- high knees (*high knee march)
- tricep dips
- alternating single arm kettlebell swings
- burpees (*walk back into plank instead of jumping)
- squat jumps (*squat only)
- diamond push ups
